I! just! can't! even! say enough good things about these people! I've worked with Tim Prater for my mortgage and Casey Wallace for my home equity loan and both are amazing. I went in to sign some paperwork & happened to run into Casey. He helped me with my paperwork and on my way out I pulled a "Columbo" "Oh, by the way, what would it look like to get a home equity loan". Friendly staff. They are very welcoming, and I've never had an issue with anyone at any of the locations. Go check them out and see if this bank is the one for you! Customer service has always been on point.
Waited 15 minutes for the Live Teller only for my transaction to be dropped twice.
They no longer have drive-thru hours open before 9:00 a.m. at any of their locations like BancorpSouth used to. I was told I could use their automated ATM, uh, no thanks. I prefer banking with a personal experience, not through a robot or machine. Time to switch Banks I guess.
Casey and his team are awesome, best in the biz always go above and beyond for us. They have been great to work with
