Friendly staff. They are very welcoming, and I've never had an issue with anyone at any of the locations. Go check them out and see if this bank is the one for you! Customer service has always been on point.
They no longer have drive-thru hours open before 9:00 a.m. at any of their locations like BancorpSouth used to. I was told I could use their automated ATM, uh, no thanks. I prefer banking with a personal experience, not through a robot or machine. Time to switch Banks I guess.
Waited 15 minutes for the Live Teller only for my transaction to be dropped twice.
