Ugh. This place. It was a great bank when it was Bancorpsouth. We've been talking about switching for months since they bought out BancorpSouth, we hesitated because of the hassle of swapping over bills. Should not have waited. This afternoon we tried logging in to our online account and had been locked out. After 45 minutes on the phone with their 888 number they tell us we're locked out of our account because there have been 50 log in attempts today and 100 in the past two days.
