Posting one star because zero isn't an option. This is a borderline criminal organization. I closed my personal account with them years ago(when it was Bancorp South). The reason I closed my account was due to fraud on the bank's part(there was a class action lawsuit against them that they lost). My mother passed recently, and my siblings and I needed to sell a vehicle we inherited. The check we received was DRAWN ON THIS BANK and written out to me. Worst banking experience of my life...I have banked with Bancorpsouth/Cadence Bank for 20 years, my wife for over 30 years...when bringing a reasonable check amount to be cashed that was drawn on the same bank, I was told I could not cash it as they didn't have that much cash on hand...lets just say if they don't have that much that it is very concerning.
