Have been with this bank for approximately 4 years and so far I have had nothing but the best experience here thank you Cadence Bank
Unethical, no morals, no values. A gentleman from this bank did a house call for a family he knows to notarize POA paperwork. The individual does not have a valid unexpired driver license nor a passport to show anybody. Therefore, the transaction is invalid. He knew this because it was not presented. We will be reporting this to the state with the evidence.
This one star is for the bank and its entirety. Still having to wait for a bank card because of fraudulent activity for 10 days is absolutely the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard of. Not being open on a Saturday is ridiculous. I’ve been with his bank for 20 years and I’ve had nothing but problems. Do yourself a favor and go to leaders.
Absolutely the worst branch to use. They'd be better off installing another virtual teller and closing the rest of it down. After years of banking with Cadence, this one branch has me looking for a different financial institution for my future business.
