I have gotten excellent customer service each time I visit this branch. With everything done online these days it’s rare for me to need to go in, thanks for making it quick & easy when I do.
"Allen" on the phone doesn't know his own company policy. I'm literally down the road from this bank. called to find out what time they close due to holiday schedule because I wanted to pay my HOA dues. Allen tells me I need to drive an hour to the Sarasota branch and that is the only branch that will credit my dues. what he doesn't know is I went to the Bradenton branch last year and they had no problem processing my request. So I call Bradenton and ask if all banks can do this, and they said yes. poor customer service sun ... read more

I went to the drive through and gave them a ten dollar bill to buy a roll of quarters. They told me that I needed an account in order to process this transaction. I then had to wait for them to give me my ten dollar billback. I went to Wells Fargo and easily completed the transaction.
Cadence Bank is a great local community bank! The staff is very personable and the lobby and waiting area is very welcoming!
