The associates are very nice and welcoming
So I gave this location a try, on two different occasions. Both times I was lied to by the teller. The first time the teller said a check I was inquiring about to the IRS was not cashed and that I would have to go to the other location where I was issued the check to get it resolved. Both lies- the check was cashed 3 days after I mailed it off and this location could have searched for the status, according to the other branch. Customer Service is a joke. They gave me the run around two days about my account. Once I was told by Jeanna Harmon that anyone could activate it.
