Nobody that works here is on the same page. Tellers will give you different, contradictory info about policy and then act like it’s your fault for being confused by their bullshit. Wasted 30+ minutes of my lunch break only to be told two different things by two different tellers - and that’s just from THIS VISIT. Not counting the contradictory information I’ve received on prior visits. I haven’t even been banking here for a month and I’m already reconsidering it. Get it together.
