Edit: The amount of construction even on Sundays, asphalting, HOA improvements, motorcycles, loud trucks, parking that often blocks emergency vehicles, delivery trucks and garbage trucks from getting through makes this a less than ideal place to live. A lot of miserable people seem to be living in this and nearby neighborhoods, and unfortunately, they also strive to make others miserable.
