I can't begin to say enough wonderful things about the staff at the Olive Branch Faith location!! I have 4 grandchildren that attend this location and all I can say is "WOW!!!". This staff is amazing!! Jenny and Meisha always go above and beyond to make this feel like a home/family for these children and their families!! The special projects they do with the kids and their families make everyday new and exciting! I really don't even want to give Faith one star. This was the worst experience we've ever had. The teachers were not friendly and did not communicate well. Our one year old was pretty much ignored or left in a highchair for most of the day. My son fell and hit his head and the school refused to let me see the video of it happening. I think that the reason is because the teacher was lying on what exactly happened. I would not recommend this school especially not this location. The director seemed fake to me (overly nice) and ... read more

My wife and I are very impressed with Faith Preschool (Olive Branch). Our daughter is very shy. It usually takes a long time for her to warm up to people and she doesn't like being away from home without her family with her. The first day, she said that she didn't make any friends, but she didn't try to talk to anyone either. Horrible management. The director is a snake and will do anything to cover up the mess of a facility she runs. Teachers snatching up kids and yelling in their faces, the issue is addressed yet no action is taken. Underpaid for slave labor type work. Wouldn't work here or send my kids here. BEWARE
