I have had my child at Faith for about a year now. The facility has recently went through some changes that I feel are a direct impact on my child and the school itself. The director here seems very very involved and always optimistic. Facility is clean and the environment feels very cheerful and fun!

Horrible experience in the school. They have some great teachers so colleagues recommended that based on past experience. But they have been expanding their program and have a ton of management issues. Teacher turnover ratio is getting much higher, and some new teachers are just not good.

It usually takes a long time for her to warm up to people and she doesn't like being away from home without her family with her. The first day, she said that she didn't make any friends, but she didn't try to talk to anyone either. I let her know that she would make friends,but she would have to make an effort to talk to other kids. Each day of the first week, she was very timid coming to preschool. We have been with Faith for over a year and we love it. When we first enrolled our now two year old wasn't walking at all. We had been trying everything but finally with encouragement from his teacher and friends he was walking within a month.

I can't begin to say enough wonderful things about the staff at the Olive Branch Faith location!! I have 4 grandchildren that attend this location and all I can say is "WOW!!!". This staff is amazing!! Jenny and Meisha always go above and beyond to make this feel like a home/family for these children and their families!! The special projects they do with the kids and their families make everyday new and exciting!
