There is no way to go to the director about your concerns as they are often dismissed or put back on the teachers . The lack of communication about your child is not acceptable. Children are transitioned to other classrooms without notifying parents. I've been told a few times that the director was supposed to call a few times but never did regarding my child about something that happened during the day at the center. Leaving our son to return to work as a first-time mom was incredibly difficult, but Cadence Academy completely erased my fears. Our two-year-old is thriving socially and emotionally, making beautiful friendships, and learning so much!! Now, transitioning our nine-week-old daughter into their care has been incredibly smooth and easy. I have total faith and confidence in the amazing teachers here. Knowing my children are deeply loved and cared for is an absolute blessing!
Very poor communication from this facility. I understand that children develop at different rates, especially at 2 years old, but I felt my daughter was falling behind on basic skills while attending here. After switching to a new daycare, she showed noticeable improvement within just a few weeks. One incident especially concerned me. Cadence offers high quality childcare and early childhood education. My son loves his primary teacher, Ms. Dana. Cadence follows a curriculum where it’s clear what my child is learning. I love the transparency on what they’re doing and working on in the classroom. I like the convenience of the apps to check-in/check-out, pay tuition, receive messages, updates, and reminders. It’s always clean, and the management is warm and personable. The coffee bar in the lobby is a plus!
