I am so thankful for our time at Cadence Academy. Both my daughter and son attended preschool here and I cannot express my gratitude enough. Everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable and kind. One of my kids has learning differences and his teacher and the rest of the staff were so committed, gentle and consistent with him. We felt so safe and loved. Everyone here at the school is great. That speaks volumes when you’re trying to find a place that you can trust for your kids to go to school. They provide all food including breakfast and snacks. That was far and beyond a luxury that was so helpful. My kiddo even started to like foods she didn’t like previously because Cadence Academy made it cool! Cadence Academy White Hall does a decent job preparing kids for kindergarten with structured learning and fun social activities. Healthy meals are provided, and the curriculum includes honest, measurable evaluations. However, frequent staff and admin turnover created disruption, and the weekly summaries about children are often vague. Billing issues were also a problem—late fees during holidays and inaccurate portal balances. Estera is absolutely wonderful. She is an amazing manager. She’s very responsive via calls and email. She keeps you updated on school events and happenings. She really picks the right staff for her center. Her staff is caring and great with all the kiddos. My kiddo adjusted well, because teachers like Ally, Maggie, and Cathy would greet him in the mornings and they would had a fun activity planned for him. And he would ease into the day.
