I chose a 10 because Cadence Academy truly feels like a preschool, not just a daycare. I really appreciate the structure, learning, and daily activities the children are given. One of the things that stands out most to me is how caring and involved the staff is — every teacher knows my daughter by name, and that means a lot to me as a parent. My son has been in the infant room for about a year now and has absolutely LOVED it— He lights up when he sees his teachers, and has truly excelled here. I also love the app they use and getting pictures and updates throughout the day! Thank you so much to cadence and all of the staff for taking such good care of our little guy! You guys made a transition that I was dreading as a new mom such an easy one and we are so grateful for that! 10/10 recommend!
Very alarming business practices. They texted me after 8:00 at night trying to get me to schedule a showing and enroll my child into their program. I take several issues with this: 1. My child attends the same daycare he always has since he was 6 months old. I have NOT been looking into any kind of childcare arrangements whatsoever. I am VERY happy with the facility he currently attends. 2. I don’t even live anywhere near this daycare. That’s another red flag. 3. This is how she came back after just a few days in this daycare. Judge for yourselves. If you take your children somewhere and they cry for no reason because they don’t want to go, listen to them — they might be getting mistreated. The police couldn’t do anything because the daycare conveniently deleted all the evidence.
