There are professional and ethical ways to address behavioral concerns and communicate with parents, especially when dealing with a child who has special needs. Making a child and their parent feel unwelcome, disrespected, or humiliated is not acceptable. I understand that daycare staff may face challenging behaviors, but I expected compassion, professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at this facility. As a first-time mom to twins, I can’t say enough good things about Cadence. The teachers are caring, patient, and truly attentive to my boys. The staff makes us truly feel like family, and I always feel at ease knowing they’re safe, loved, and well cared for while I’m at work 🤍
This place is outstanding!! The staff are incredible and our kids love it. Everyone one there loves on our kids so well!
I can’t say enough good things about this school and the staff. The school is organized and run by great people. I also have to give an extra special shout out to Ms.Kelley who runs the school and has been amazing to work with!
We love Cadence and are so thankful for the staff! Our 2 boys have been attending Cadence for 2.5 years (7 & 5 y/o) now. From the directors to the teachers, we have had an amazing experience. The staff truly cares for the kiddos, and I have such peace of mind knowing our children are safe, happy, well taken care of, and learning!
