I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cadence Academy Preschool off Rosemead Parkway in Carrollton, Texas. From the moment my daughter started attending at just six weeks old, the staff has been nothing short of amazing. Now, nearly a year later, I am incredibly grateful to have found such a warm and nurturing environment for her. The teachers and staff are gentle, loving, and treat every child as if they were their own. Cadence Academy is a great place for school age kids. My kids love being there so much they don’t want to leave at the end of the day. Can’t recommend this place enough! They care about the kids and check on them when they’re not there.
I absolutely love them , my son (school age kid) was in the hospital for a week , they called to see was everything okay (I was so overwhelmed I forgot to call and tell them that he would be out) , his birthday was that Thursday, they sent him Tiff treats to the hospital, and understood my financial situation after missing working . I wouldn’t recommend no other place .. my son loves the facility, he has been to 2 other daycares and he says this is the best one .. 10/10
My daughter used to go to this daycare when she was under a year old I had told them if she mad diarrhea to please contact me and I’ll come pick her up . I said even only after one diarrhea. I pick up my daughter and put her in the car seat . My daughter screams bloody murder her cries still give me shivers. I go home and look at her diaper and she had a rash so raw it look like it was scraped on cement (it wasn’t) but she didn’t have that rash before going . My daughter had a horrible experience here. Do not recommend this daycare to anyone specially first time parents putting their kids in daycare, so happy it didn’t work out on her first day because now she loves her new daycare.
