Bought a Giant Defy Advanced here. Great people. Very knowledgeable. Super friendly. No high pressure sales. And no rushing you out the door. I like that they encourage you to bring it back for free adjustments for life. They only charge if they have to change out parts.
I had brought my bike in for a tune up, when I got it back, I was told to stop braking at a certain point as it would not actually brake harder. Three days later I need to slam on my brakes to avoid a car who ignored traffic laws. Due to me limiting the point of pressure on brakes as I was explicitly told, only swerving saved me from running into the car (this was after a good distance braking). I've purchased over 3 bikes from this shop. This is my favorite bike shop in town. Bought my commuter that already has 5000 miles on it 5 years ago and it still works. Had to get new tires and a chain and cassette but they offer free tune ups if you buy the bike from them. Just have to pay for parts and labor cost for non standard tune ups. Brad the owner is a great guy and a huge cyclist himself. He doesn't try to upsell you. He just wants to see more butts on bikes.
Bought my first road bike from them 5 years ago buying my first e-bike from them this week fantastic customer service when they say something they mean it and they make it happen there is no bike store in Mobile Alabama that even comes close to the quality of care, customer service, and information that Blake and his team provides. I appreciate you brother thank you for all your help a customer service.
We bought a tire there and it keeps getting punctured. It turned out to be flimsy and thin, which I get that we chose the tire, but us being the customers and them being the experts, some input would have been helpful. I'm constantly having to patch up the tube. The only tire out of 4 (2 bikes), and it started happening as soon as we changed it. They could have warned us that it's not the right tire for the area, the smallest splinter will go through it.
