Marc and Tracy have the best property to vacation at. The creek is right there, the seclusion, the friendliness. This place is so laid back and chill. It is situated so perfectly from just about anything you want to do. We did Hot Springs, Crater of Diamonds, Collier Springs, Magazine Mountain, Queen Wilhelmina State Park, hiking, and diamond/gemstone digging on Crystal Mountain all within about an hour from here. Wonderful hosts and wonderful accommodations, right on the beautiful Caddo River. We will be returning!
The entire property was very well maintained and lots of hard work went into making it a nice place to spend our Birthday Weekend. The 2 BR 2 Bath that we stayed in was extremely comfortable and had everything that we needed for a great time. The access to the river was easy and close and we spent our entire days just hanging in the water, floating on our tubes, setting in chairs in the water, playing with our kids , and having a picnic. Highly recommended and appreciated…!! Thanks Marc.
It was good clean river to float but you have to go when the river is flowing just right or it can be difficult to float plus hot springs is just a hop skip and jump away
