Clean cabin and great service
They all have been really great this year. Floated 4 times and the camp grounds is very convenient for floating vacations if you don't mind all the log trucks before the rooster crows.

Be sure to get a frequent floater card from us. You get a free rental or shuttle on your 5th trip in the same season.
The young girl in the office who checked us in wasn’t the nicest. The young men working at the water were awesome! Caddo River was shuttling our personal kayaks and the guys loaded them on the trailer for us at take out and the loaded them in our truck when we arrived back. They were super helpful and had great attitudes! We could not have asked for better service once we were out of the office.
The employees were kinda rude while we were checking in. We also paid for 2 cooler tubes but only used one and the young sweet lady down at the tube area said she was gunna let the people at the office know so we could get a refund. after our day of floating we go back to the office to be told we couldn't get a refund they dont do refunds. very unprofessional. My twelve year old son and I came to float the Caddo. We truly had no idea what to expect. Our experience was wonderful. The staff was great. We will be back. We recommend rope to tie the tubes and maybe a stick for those faster “falls” so you don’t run into the side or underneath trees/limbs. Overall very pleased.
Everyone we interacted with was VERY nice. Everything is clean and well taken care of. We have been very impressed.
We were charged extra fees for clean up at the cabin sites that should have been apart of the fees that were charged up front. They installed hot tubs at the cabins and then charged a $75 cleaning fee when we checked out. We spent several thousand dollars with this company in the 4 days we were there. We will never use them again!
Business response:
The fee was for hot tub misuse. The hot tubs were left full of grass and dirt, completely clogged filters that had to be disposed of. The water was left below the filter and jet lines which if we had not caught when we did, could have burned out both the pumps. We had to pay someone 3 hours extra for each to tub to be totally dumped, cleaned, refilled with over 325 gallons of water, and new chemicals before the next guest could be checked in on the sake day. I have rented a kayak and camped with this company several times, and each experience has been great. The employees are nice, and very helpful. Both the low water trip and the high water tour are beautiful, each in their own way. I highly recommend this company!! Right now especially, they are doing all they can to keep everyone safe!! Paddles up for them!!
