Terrible doctors and customer service.
Have been going here for over 5 years, multiple issues, primarily with my 2 knees that need replacements. Have never gone in without the staff acknowledging me with a smile and a quick chat. Always clean, tidy with a small enclosed kids room. Chairs are comfy and the music emits a calming ambience while waiting. So glad I found this GP medical centre and won't visit anywhere else unless an absolute emergency. Blood and swab tests are completed here also with efficiency and professionalism. I’ve visited this clinic multiple times for GP consultations and pathology services. The receptionists were friendly, and the pathology nurses I saw on different visits were both kind and gentle, making the sample collection process quick and with minimal discomfort.
I don’t recommend dr. Muhammad. He doesn’t care about his patients. Went there for sore throat. He had one look at throat and stated some kind of infection then he charted antibiotic and did not say for how long to take. Very dismissal.
Horrible experience would not recommend lacks professionalism
