I waited for two hours, during which time a multitude of people who arrived after me were seen before I was. When I finally got in, I was then told that the tests I needed were too complex for the nurse to perform. This was an incredible waste of my time and could have been completely avoided if the clinic had checked beforehand whether the required tests could actually be performed. I find the lack of consideration for my time and the lack of initiative to identify this before making me wait for two hours extremely frustra... read more
I visited Caddens Medical Centre today as a new patient. Dr Farrah is very patient, kind, and approachable. The receptionist was also lovely and very helpful. I had a great experience overall.
I have been going to this medical practice for a few months now. the staff are lovely. Dr Farah has been amazing for my whole family. She has picked up on things we had not noticed which has had such a positive impact on our health. They also have on site pathology, nurses, physio, psychology. 10/10 do recommend.
Really helpful and not long waiting period
Dr Muhummad Ahmed, this was my forst visit as I am new to the area I am on a regular course of medication when attending to explain amd request continued care I was disregarded, barely looked at and felt completely disrespected. When providing my feedback to the staff they did advise this happens alot with this particular Dr and have received the same feedback regularly and that they will let the owner know... he has alot of time slots open when booking and now I know why. Extremely rude and waste of my time. Dont waste urs.
