Booked a phone telehealth for 1.20pm, no one called so I contacted the reception to find out an hour after and they said they will call. Another hour still nothing, called them up again and they said I will get a return call before 5pm before they close. 4.45pm still nothing tried to call before they closed and the phone was already switched off. Not impressed.
Great place, great doctors who actually listen and don't just push you out the door.
??? I was just sent a request to review Caddens Medical Centre. Do you really think it’s wise to ask for a review from someone who just got home from the appointment I had? I had a valid Groupon voucher for injectables that did does not expire for another month. I took half a day of work and got public transport in the rain for the appointment.
