Really helpful and not long waiting period
Dr Muhummad Ahmed, this was my forst visit as I am new to the area I am on a regular course of medication when attending to explain amd request continued care I was disregarded, barely looked at and felt completely disrespected. When providing my feedback to the staff they did advise this happens alot with this particular Dr and have received the same feedback regularly and that they will let the owner know... he has alot of time slots open when booking and now I know why. Extremely rude and waste of my time. Dont waste urs.
A somewhat mixed review. Dr Okka is fantastic. Attentive, compassionate & thorough. Takes the time to listen & provide suitable options for treatment. Was very impressed with my consultation with him. Dr Ahmed on the other hand; quite possibly the worst doctor I've ever encountered. Rude, dismissive, abrupt & disinterested. Can't help but feel like a complete inconvenience when seeing him. Reading through other reviews, it seems people share a mutual opinion regarding Dr Ahmed. Do better.
Review is for reception only. Phones are constantly diverted to outside hours message service even when clearly centre is still open. I've lost count how many times this occurs and 100% occurrence on a Saturday. Today i have appt at 5pm on site with my regularl GP and I need to change appt to telehealth as I cannot get there. So of course, the phones are switched to after hours message saying I've called outside of hours. It's only 4pm and my appt is 5pm. Dr Okka is a fantastic doctor and I would recommend anyone with children to see him. The one star off is for Dr Muhammad who is extremely arrogant. He wants you in and out as quickly as possible. Very rude.
