I try setting up a new patient appointment, and I misunderstood Ms. Theresa's question. I thought she ask me "when" not "what" I wanted the appointment for. She was extremely rude, then when she repeated the question she whispered "Jesus Christ". I called back to talk to somebody else, but she said there is nobody above her. I won't be going here if I have to deal with that lady in person handling my personal info.

First off I have a crippling fear of dentist. I wanted to run as soon as I came in today. But my dental hygienist Cindy took such great care to ensure I was comfortable and not in pain. The frosting on everything was how nice and welcoming Dr. Caddell was. I left really happy with my experience and I highly recommend this dentist to anyone that wants to have a positive dental experience .

Great dentist! I'm used to hearing the dentist always try to talk me into getting my perfectly good wisdom teeth pulled out or told I need some unnecessary procedure (so I always have to get a second opinion), but not anymore! I drive 30 miles to come to this practice so I won't get ripped off by a dishonest dentist.

My husband and I both cannot say enough good things about this place. We both had Cindy as our hygienist and she is absolutely WONDERFUL. She went above and beyond the whole time she cleaned my teeth and was so thorough and was great about letting you know what she was doing and why she was doing it. She is also one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet, too! I left there feeling like this was the first time my teeth had ever been cleaned so well and my mouth examined so thoroughly.
