Nice selection of plans, great prices. I asked about a simple size change (flipping the width and depth), and they wanted more than double the price for 5 minutes of work. I did expect it to be free, but WOW!

I told Jon I need stamped engineer plans to submit to the city for my permit. I found out 2 months later that he isn’t even an engineer. He just does CAD drawings. I ended up throwing away $2,000 because the plans were not usable.
Extremely polite and knowledgeable, he walked me through piece by piece witch I appreciate because it's my first building I'm building
Tom's a Super guy,I live in a high wind area on south Oregon coast. Plans were so good I had an engineer look at them and he gave me his engineered stamp for $40. Made several changes on plans with no problem. A+
