Terry had done drawings for me, but they were not done how I wanted. He had been paid and I requested numerous times to have the drawings updated. He had emailed me stating he was very busy and would get back to me in two weeks. I sent him my available days numerous times. After multiple calls and emails, I finally heard back from him via email. He stated he would not be update the drawings I had paid for because he is too busy. Poor communication, and not the correct workmanship.
