I would not recommend this business, specifically because of Todd Brown. Firstly, Todd is a liar. He is not an officer of Cactx, hence he lies when he says he is the Vice President. He called me three names other than my actual name when he came to my property, so he obviously does pay attention or care who he is talking to. Eye contact? forget it.
