Beware Of Fred! This restaurant has a customer named Fred who comes in every day. He wanders around the restaurant, runs his mouth constantly, calls people names like ugly and old man. He does everything but sit still and eat his lunch or breakfast! For some reason the management will not put a stop to him. BEST PLACE IN THE WORLD! I have been traveling here - ever since they've opened. My travels are an 8 1/2 hour trip each way- so we travel here for the food on a weekend get-a-way. Nothing beats their service and excellent food!
Bad Buffet I would not recommend this particular location to anyone. I traveled and hour just to go to another location. The Essex one is dirty, the food bins are usually half empty or empty and no one seems to pay attention to them. Practically no customer service.
Good Eating Although the Lines seem long, they move quickly. The food is very good and the prices are excellent. They offer a variety of foods making it comfortable for people with all kinds of appetities to enjoy.
Family Fun Buffet With huge variety I've never seen a Cactus Willie's buffet with so many options before. This location has a hoagie bar. That's right you create your own hoagie. The steak is out of this world. It's not the cheap rubbery steak you'd expect, but tender juicy steak. The pieces aren't large but you can go back as many times as you like. steak and so much more well let me tell you they have a salad bar fresh bread and uts all you can eat they make steaks to order and the buffett is out of this world and if thats not enogh and if there is room in that stomach for sweets they have a wide variety of cakes and pies and there is icecream too all at an affordable price so you can afford to feed the whole family i would recomend it highly

good food and good service I have gone to Cactus Willies since they opened. The place is always busy. The cashier is always friendly. The greater sits us where ever we want. The food is always hot. The place is clean and well stocked. They have a seafood night on Wed. and the crab cakes are great. The waiters are right there taking aways dirty plates and refilling your drink for you. Great food This is the perfect place to go for a nice relaxing evening. The servers are very polite and fast. There a great variety of all types of food. Perfect place to bring a picky toddler. very child friendly spacious enough to have high chairs and not get them bumped everytime someone walks by. They also have very affordable prices. Christy
