Not friendly. Made a new Brazilian customer feel really uncomfortable. Also, gave me back the wrong change (cash). When I realized, I called and left a message, never called me back. Wish that I wouldnt have tipped 40%

this was my first time in and i got my brows wax/tinted. the place was clean and the desk lady was very friendly. however, the lady who did my eyebrows went really quick. there was no discussion on how i wanted the shape or what not. i wasn’t pleased. for the amount i spent, i was hoping for a better experience.
The gal was lovely and the place is super clean, but I went to be waxed and my legs still have lots of hair on them. I feel like if I’m dishing out cash for hair removal… the hair should all be removed.
