Great experience up until it wasn't. We switched insurances just prior to the last follow-up appointment. Despite my new insurance being an open-network PPO that pays posted rates (which, 99% of the time, are more generous rates than what the doctor would collect from contracted 'big carrier insurances'), they are refusing to schedule us an appointment unless we agree to pay out of pocket upfront. My insurance even called them to arrange prepayment and do a one-time contract via Letter of Agreement and nope. Not an option. I... read more
Had a really great experience here for a follow up appointment for my daughter's fractured leg. They ended up charging us less than they quoted!
I can’t believe how efficient they were! We didn’t wait at all. We were called in at exactly our appt time, and we were out in less than 30 minutes. I haven’t had that experience with a doctor’s office in many, many years.
The woman who answered the phone (she very conveniently doesn't give her name out) should probably not be working in a pediatric office, to be quite frank. She started out nice, and then got an attitude with me after I explained to her why we were being referred to their office in the first place. Her attitude got even worse when she realized what insurance my son has. The tone of her voice was VERY discriminatory. When we work in pretty much any field, but especially the medical fields, we do not and cannot discriminate.
