One of one! Luis is amazing. He did a transfer case service for our 2019 BMW X3 and got me out the same day Extremely honest and trustworthy. His pricing is also great and tells you exactly what you need rather than trying to upsell you. If you own any German car come here because he can do it all. It's hard to find trustworthy mechanics, especially when you have a German car since they try to charge you an arm and a leg for everything. I don't think twice and bring your car here!
Luis is very friendly and knowledgeable. He is quick with his repairs and will get you back on the road quickly. Pricing is always fair.
Forgot to post this review, but Luis is truly a great mechanic and super reasonable he helped me out so much with my 330i I definitely will be coming back for all my future work

Luis is very trust worthy and calm ,Sincere,Honest Guy 😊 Previously at a shop 3 times and no clue to consistent r front end niose. misdiagnosed a that turned serious bearing issue. Luis diagnosed in driving once. He knows His Cars Foreign and domestic. We have a 2015 Mercedes and Old Jeep.....and He maintains Both! Highly recommend Cactus works, Luis is My Guy!
