Very bad management.Acting mgr.is not very knowledged with management practices. I noticed homrl⁷ess people living under a bridge with a tent set up.appears to have several people persons living there. If I were living at Cactus Mobile - would be concerned about safety of Saftyfor tenents & Security of property. Also it appeared like the people are not cleaning up after themselves. They are leaving trash scattered. Then blown away up to Hwy69 by VA cemetary.up to YavapaCasino.ithats just one problem I noticed.

I have lived in this park for a year. Since the day I moved in I was herrassed by the management he is Prejudice against women. If you know your rights and you're a woman that knows your rights you're not gonna last here. The pictures shows where the neighbor next door was 2 inches away from my slider was about to hit it. Cause he was told by the park manager that that was his parking spot. I have almost nothing but single men around me. And you would think that would be a good thing for a single woman. But it's not.
