****AVOID**** Lawn maintenance, he and his team are fine. He only trims half the bushes or he'll treat weeds but only once in a while. I presume he does this to keep his costs down instead of delivering a full service. I've had him do other projects with mediocre results. He doesn't understand watering plants or zones, he just sets up drips to run daily. He killed a couple of cactus and plants overwatering and didn't stand behind them when they died despite planting them. He doesn't really do any grading either. The problem ... read more
