It was horrific!! They got another bad rating and said they never heard of the person, but she's a friend of a friend and I only saw that a little while ago when I was looking at former reviews. I had flowers delivered Friday around 5pm. I called this morning, Tuesday to ask if they could make things right since some of the greenery was brown and wilted and some flowers were dead and brown. I LIVE OUT OF STATE AND FOR THE 2ND TIME HAD TO BLINDLY RELY ON THE STAFF TO HELP FIND JUST THE RIGHT ARRANGEMENT AND OUT OF THE ORDINARY DELIVERY FOR SOMEONE VERY SPECIAL IN JOSHUA TREE. EVERY PERSON I DEALT WITH WENT WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND ANY EXPECTATIONS I MAY HAVE HOPED FOR IN ASSISTING ME WITH MY SPECIAL REQUESTS.
