Horrible - do not waste your time calling this company Called this company (fyi: the "east" and "west" coast is the same office) and the half-wit that answered had no product knowledge. Not only that, but he was confrontational, rude, and could not have seemed less interested in assisting me. I haven't experienced such poor customer service in quite a while!
