My AC stopped cooling due to a refrigerant leak on the evaporator coils. ARS refused to do anything short of a full system replacement at $25,000. Craig from Cactus Comfort came out and installed a new 5 ton air handler within a few days of the quote for $4,000. He fixed the actual problem without trying to sell me something I didn't need. Highly recommend.

Purchased a whole unit in 2024 minus duct work. They had my unit installed in a matter of a couple hours. I found them to be very competitive with good prices. I recently had a issues and they troubleshooted my unit and discovered the problem and fixed it in no time. Also they fit me in right before a Holiday weekend which I greatly appreciated. Cactus comfort services is by far the best air conditioning and heating service company I’ve ever encountered. After horrible experiences with another company who said my entire system needed to be replaced. I called on cactus comfort who came and repaired my unit by replacing a single part and then staying to make sure that my house was cooling as I expected it. Top points for honesty, integrity, knowledge, and service. This is the only air conditioning and heating company that I ever want to use.
Cactus did a great job replacing the AC system at my home. Debbie was responsive from the start, the crew showed up on time, and handled the job well. I also appreciated that the owner Craig came on site to supervise the work and made himself available to answer my questions. That gave me a lot of confidence that the job was being done right. Overall, it was a smooth experience. And best of all. They had the best prices.
