Extremely poor service, long waits and our server didnt even care. 10 min wait after being seated waiting for server to greet, forgot an item ordered and didnt apologize even though it was confirmed (said there was some miscommunication even though it was confirmed when ordering), water wasnt refilled once, nothing was said after first check and we said we had a poor experience and she didnt say a word. Clearly they do not care
this location of cactus is personally not my favourite. The Service can be very rude at times and the servers maybe found to lack patience. As soon as we walked in the atmosphere immediately felt hostile. The server had a lot of attitude with us and seemed to just want to rush us out. The Prawn crunch roll I ordered came without the sauce and the leaves on top of it and they forgot the white sauce tray . I typically love cactus so I am very disappointed in this experience. Please treat your customers with more respect.
Late night happy hour with some friends. Cactus is always consistent and reliable across their various locations. They’ve changed the happy hour menu a few times and I do miss their prawn spaghettini that was on the regular and happy hour menu.
Cactus club never disappoints. The food is delicious and portions are filling. Never disappointed
