Obviously Cactus Club is a well-known chain with plenty of locations, but this one feels special. It’s the original, and it has its own quirks and character that make it stand out. There’s a cozy, familiar vibe here that keeps me coming back. The food is consistently good — you know what you’re going to get, and they deliver it well every time. Absolutely comically terrible - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I spent 13$ on fries to get only a handful and this TINY NOT EVEN A QUARTER FULL SAUCE, are you kidding me?! I also got the three prawn ravioli, not only were two of the prawns not deveined (repulsive), they were all raw. If you have any sort of brain at all, you would see these prawns were WHITE and CLEARLY not cooked. I had the pleasure of dining in for lunch this afternoon, and was served by the bartender, Olivia. She welcomed me with such a kind and professional energy. The food was good, the vibe was good, but nothing matched her attention to detail and service. She was also very knowledgeable when it came to the menu and my dietary restrictions.
