I'm a regular at the cactus at south point and I've noticed for an awhile that they don't fill up the glass full for sangrias and no more fruit . I complained and the manger was very rude . I know through people that have worked there that it's because you are cutting cost !!!!! Well that drink isn't cheap!!!!!! Fix the problem !!!! It's not just with the drinks it's also stuff like the tuna poke bowel adding less tuna , I'm a regular so I know . I always report this and nothing changes !!! They clearly don't care . Hey, I just wanted to leave a review about my experience with cactus Sherway gardens and the head office of cactus club. I was put through a rough situation with Sherway gardens cactus club which was escalated to head office. I was reached out to by a member of the cactus club team named Elaine. Yesterday I visited Cactus Club, Kelowna with my daughter for my birthday. We had a fabulous time with one of your great servers, Courtney! The food was brilliant and we had a lovely surprise thanks to Courtney and your staff. Thank you, I see another visit coming for Mother's day. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So great.
