Not happy they took off 2 vegetarian options for Happy Hour and never replaced with anything. I don't think that's fair to us that don't eat animals. Used to go there quite often with friends, so hope they put things back on menu soon.
1) We ordered, thru Door Dash a Fennie Burger with bun. Instead they sent a lettuce wrapped burger. 2) The burger itself was over cooked and dry. 3) There was so much salt on the burger I took 2 bites and spat it out. Yes the meal went into the trash. 3) We also ordered the chicken wings and specified no pepper. We had to wipe each piece off. The chicken was laced with pepper. 4) The tofu bowl with avacodos was way too salty as well. EVERYTHING! about this meal experience doesn't even deserve a #1. We wasted our money
I want to tell you about the wonderful service I received from Meredith in the gift card service department. I tried ordering a gift card for friends in Vancouver and was unsuccessful three times. Each time I was told by your third-party supplier and my credit company that I could go a head and place an order. Each time it was rejected (I also had a phone message from the fraud department connected to my credit card). Finally, I was lucky enough to connect with Meredith. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DISASTER OF A SO CALLED RESTAURANT I am compelled to write this review because the level of disappointment I have experienced with your food service and management is beyond words. Absolutely Terrible Experience Cactus Café should be embarrassed to call itself a restaurant. The food was flat-out awful — bland, poorly prepared, and nowhere near worth the price. I’ve had better meals from gas stations. Everything tasted like it had been thrown together with zero care or skill. The service was even worse.
