We went out for dinner as a table of five ladies. Our server, Everett, went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed and was so fun to chat with. He even conferred with the cooks to help us in our bet as to how many orders of truffle frIes were purchased each day. We had two orders just for our table - sooo good! In addition, Everett was concerned that we had overpaid in a complex transaction. He double checked with his manager and rectified the situation. Highly recommend! Ask for Everett!
Great food and usually very good service. I frequent here and would recommend it for anyone looking for a good meal. Prices are not cheap, but not crazy expensive either, with the biggest markup seeming to be on drinks. Just watch our when you go to pay as their tip option starts at 18% instead of the standard 15%. Another case of restaurants failing to pay their staff enough and expecting the customer to subsidize them.
We have been here many times and the service has been okay. However, my husband and I took my mom and aunt for dinner yesterday evening, we had the pleasure of having Damien as our server! I have to give a shout to him personally as we all felt that his service was exceptional. He took his time to go over the menu, tried to connect with us. He was very friendly and just overall a pleasant individual. He really made our night and we will continue to come back hoping he is our server again :) thank you!
