Usually love Cactus Club, but this experience made me want to never go back again. Went there with friends for food and drinks Wed night on Dec 3rd. Got up to head to the toilet and the girl that works at the bar (overheard other staff calling her "Michelle") was nearby, so I went up to her to order some more drinks. She looked at me dead in the eye with a big frown, let out a big sigh, and said "OK well let your waiter know then", then walked off. We had a delicious meal at Cactus Club on Broadway. Dreyden our server was welcoming and gave us excellent recommendations on food options. The dining area is very comfortable with plush booth seating by the windows. There were festive holiday white lights and lamps with the flames creating a warm atmosphere. The hot and juicy truffle chicken entree was outstanding as was the chocolate molten lava cake.
