Customer service , Well The waiter (12) never offered bill , or dessert , Burger was way too salty , we mentioned it and just lip service they didn't care And He (12) really didn't care none of the wattresses seemed to care. Good food, great service but TAP Water??? Please, I am sure with the upscale pricing, you could afford putting a filter on the tap you are getting your table water from. I have a swimming pool, so I don't need all that chlorine in my drinking water 🙃
My friends and I came to Cactus Club around 11 p.m. after I finished work. We were seated, and shortly afterward the manager came over and asked to see my ID. I showed my driver’s licence, which was valid and then my second id which is my expired BC Services Card, and then my passport that was valid and legit which I happened to have with me because I had just returned from a trip to the U.S. Despite providing my passport, the manager claimed it was fake and told me I couldn’t stay.
