Last two visits have been sub par, too overdone steaks, cold fries, waiter bringing out wrong orders and charging them for us. No manager was brought over after complaints. I go to Cactus for consistent above decent meals and the customer service they provide. It wasn't present in my last two visits.
Iverson is a great server! He recommended 2 new appies to us and we absolutely loved them. We will be adding those on to our cactus night out now. Keep up the great work Iverson :) Thank you, Gagan
