Ive always lived Cactus. Their Cajun chicken is some of the best I've had in my life and I was raised in Alabama/Louisiana. Its fantastic. The Bandera salad has always been my 2nd choice. They've removed the salad unfortunately. Either way, I had the truffle chicken this time and to be honest, it fell kinda flat. It was cooked PERFECTLY. 100%. SAFURA!!! She is a rare gemcake of a server and made our dining experience the best ever! She has such lovely, fun, attentive energy and made my friend and I laugh nonstop. She is extremely knowledgeable about the menu and made so many great recommendations that I have to come back to try them all. 5 stars all the way!
