I had a very good experience, over 5 months, move out and move in cleaning. Completely dependent on their services and was a big advocate and always referred ppl to Cactus for moving and cleaning and chose this business as my regular cleaning business until a small issue happened with customer service over an appointment date, during the holiday season, that I thought was not fair and the company should claim some responsibility on not following through with my request.
