On 7/26/24, hair services provided were base color and toner. I was charged for partial highlights and base, $225.64, but should have been charged at least $30 less ($195.64). I advised the receptionist within the hour after I received the emailed receipt to let them know of this overcharge. I was told the owner would provide me a $30 credit.
