Don't use these guys – I had a leak in my AC system and had my ceiling torn open where I could see exactly the leak coming through a rusty hole in the draining pan. I called CACS and they sent me a technician. He came on time and diagnosed pretty much immediately that the leak was due to the rust that had made a whole in the pan (does it take a genius to see this?) and that the pan would need to be replaced.
