Texoma's Best BBQ Cackle and Oink BBQ is the Absolute BEST BBQ place around here! Their brisket, turkey, sausage and pulled pork is the best around. Their cabbage has brisket in it, and it is sooo good. I love their cornbread casserole too. It is a little spicey, but the flavor and texure is the best. We had Cackle and Oink cater our christmas dinner for 06 and 07 and we plan on having them cater for 08 too! The brisket was mouth watering good! Best Brisket Cafeteria style BBQ but the best I have ever had! A must try is the Brisket and the hush puppies are awesome! Prices are affordable and service was great!
Top on Our List of Favorite Restaurants My husband happened upon Cackle and Oink while getting my car worked on in Sherman. It has since become one of our favorite places. The barbque is always perfect. We have also ordered food from them on holidays---we got an incredible smoked turkey for thanksgiving and then we got a bulk order or pork barbque, beef brisket, their baked beans (so awesome!), and potato salad.
