Mr. Cackin is not only a very polite and helpful business owner, his blind repairs are outstanding. We have what I now know is called the ladder (thanks to Mr. Cackin) on one of our bay window blinds snap. He contacted me immediately after I left a message, explained the blind options to fix and gave me the exact cost. Our blind was ready within 24hrs. We are extremely satisfied and I will be recommending him for all blind repairs. Thank you for the quick turnaround and very kind service!!
I want to give this business more than 5 stars. The owner contacted me immediately after I left a message. We had a cord break on a large front window blind. I dropped it off on Monday and it was ready Tuesday afternoon. The repair was incredably priced and very reasonable. I will recommend this business to anyone who needs blinds repaired or replaced. Thank you.
