Je ne suggère pas d’aller au Cachet Urbain à Gatineau. Ils ne donnent pas des bons conseils sur leurs produits. Ils vendent des produits en vente final qui ne fonctionne même pas.
Service impeccable, employées super gentilles et très serviable.
Malheureusement je n’est pas eu la bonne couleur mais le service à la clientèle est génial pour ma part peut être une nouvelle ? Où nous sommes peut être mal comprise? Mais entouka ce n’est pas grave j’aime beaucoup leur produits
Super service!! J’avais eu une très mauvaise expérience au Eleganza et la différence du service à la clientèle est flagrante. J’ai été servie par Victoria qui a pris le temps de m’offrir les produits nécessaire et de bien m’expliquer leur utilité. Toujours eu un bon service là bas. :)
Never been so insulted in my life. Went in to exchange the hair dye. I bought wrong color on Wednesday - less than a week ago. The salesperson - blond hair and hand tattoos - was yelling at me that they don’t do exchanges. The other customer wouldn’t look me in the eye. It’s embarrassing and degrading. I left with the original dye because they did not enter the last purchase in the system. I will not shop there again after 5 years of shopping there. Nothing justifies the screaming.
