absolute garbage builder!! my floor tiles in my kitchen after 6 months all the grout in the lines was cracking and lifting. They sent their "handyman" to come and re grout sections of my kitchen tiles and all he did was make it worse. Either the tiles guy didnt put any thinset under the tiles or the subfloor wasnt level properly. Thanks cachet now i have grout all over my kitchen permanentlyand it would be hard to re tile my kitchen with cabinets !! I emailed them to inquire, they eventualy stopped answering my calls. Worst builders, no quality, money minded builders. If you get some issue after you live in that just try to blame it on you . Also if you are with them expect a high closing amount like nowhere else.Would never go with them again in our life.
I have been chasing this builder for months for my grading deposit returned and completely ignored. Land was assumed in 2024 and never received the money back. Buyer beware they don’t care after closing .
This company has no integrity to think I actually considered buying from them thank God I didn’t. Not only did their construction team damage my car as a pass by after they found out I wasn’t their customer. They started ignoring my calls stating I have no evidence and refusing to pay for the damages.
