Worst builders, no quality, money minded builders. If you get some issue after you live in that just try to blame it on you . Also if you are with them expect a high closing amount like nowhere else.Would never go with them again in our life.
I have been chasing this builder for months for my grading deposit returned and completely ignored. Land was assumed in 2024 and never received the money back. Buyer beware they don’t care after closing .
This company has no integrity to think I actually considered buying from them thank God I didn’t. Not only did their construction team damage my car as a pass by after they found out I wasn’t their customer. They started ignoring my calls stating I have no evidence and refusing to pay for the damages.
