I went to the Cache Valley Women's center for my IUD insertion, and they were all very professional but also extremely caring! Yes, the insertion did hurt, as is the nature of the procedure, but my PA, Mickensi, and the assistant were great! They walked me through each step so I knew what happening, and were so kind when I got a little faint afterwards. Dr. Blackett she is phenomenal! She is so caring and she has the relationship with patients where you feel like you are talking to a caring mom. 🩷 She deserves way more than 5 stars. I just have to say Dr. Noorda is amazing! He was super attentive my entire pregnancy and answered all of my questions and concerns in a way that made sense. He isn't pushy and takes maintaining yours and baby's health with the utmost priority. As a delivering doctor he made the entire process super stress free and light hearted, even when certain issues came up he was quick to plan the best course of action and make you feel at ease. I used Dr. David Kirkman and his nurse Katie throughout my pregnancy, recommended by a close friend. I wanted to go natural for my birth, and they completely honored my wishes and tailored their advice to my goal. Dr. Kirkman is the friendliest guy and it's very clear that he wants what is best for the patient and baby, not what is most convenient for him. First of all 5 stars for my doctor-Kirkman-and his nurses. I had all 5 babies there and loved him and his nurses. And that’s the only reason I stay there. BUT…the office and how it is ran is awful!!!! I waited over an hour to get back to a room, (I’ve always waited an average of 30-45 mins so I was expecting it) but over an hour!! If I’m 15 mins late I’m charged, if they make me wait they should refund me my money. I was sitting right in front of the receptionist so I wasn’t hiding.
