I went in for an iud, was not informed great about my options, nor did I feel comfortable. I told Mikenzie my concerns before she started, she disregarded them and did not even insert the iud correctly. I was told weeks later that my iud I thought was effective was completely ineffective through an ultrasound. They then sent me home with an iud that wasn’t in the right place stating they wouldn’t remove it that day cause that wasnt what my appointment was for. I loved the nurse I had, Dr Blackett. She was very warm and kind. But the others not so much. The younger nurses were not as kind. I felt very judged to the point where I never wanted to go. This is very common that young moms have to deal with. The worst experience is with billing. We have a plan set up, call to pay. Specific amount of money for 4 months. Half way in our payments, yet again call to pay, money was taken out of our account without acknowledgement and consent. Calling is so difficult as it is, either they don'... read more

I want this to go as a warning for anyone who decides to use Dr. Noorda. Dr. Noorda has one of the highest C-Section rates in the state. My first pregnancy I trusted him. He ended up scheduling me an induction based around his vacation schedule and manipulation and fear tactics repeatedly saying “if you were my daughter”. At the hospital, he came in and broke my waters without asking or explaining what he was doing. He ended up gouging my little ones head in the process that has left a scar.
