I rarely leave reviews but our experience was so frustrating. We had imaging done at Cache Valley Hospital, and the radiology interpretation was billed separately through Cache Vein. Cache Vein billed their full fee schedule for interpretation with no self-pay adjustment. In most healthcare settings, fee schedules are set above expected reimbursement and self-pay patients are offered a discount to align closer to payer rates. That did not happen here. Very upset with this company. We were in a terrible car accident and apparently they did some x-rays for me at Cache Valley Hospital. I had no idea I even had any services from a company with this name. Cache Valley Vein never sent me any communication of any kind or even called me, and instead of getting my Primary and Secondary Insurance from either Cache Valley Hospital or me, they sent me to a collections company. VERY poor business practice!!!!
Wrong #on website. The office never responded to my text , so calling them was the last resort.
Cache valley vein has been so great to me the entire time I have been seen by them. I’ve been there at least three times for treatment and they’ve always been kind and helpful each time. Both providers I saw were great and answered the thousands of questions I had I called the front desk gal, Karen at least once a day, this entire week and she’s always very helpful and answers all my questions.
