Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The facility is brand new. It's small and intimate. You can enter the hospital main entrance and the staff there will direct you to the VA Clinic or you can enter from the west end of the building and the clinic is just inside the door, this entrance is at the top of concrete stairs. Use the main parking lot either way.

Best part of the VA. They take care of your issues and are always very timely
I have had nothing but good experiences here. The staff are kind and helpful. The only shortcoming is they no longer have a clinician on site. Most visits are telehealth to a Dr, PA, or Nurse Practitioner in Salt Lake. Masks are still required. They are located inside the Cache Valley Hospital. Only 4 stars because they don't have a Dr in residence.
