Outstanding staff. The program has been nothing but high quality and beneficial for my kids.

I love this place! I started no-gi jiu jitsu, then gi, looking to expand from there. GREAT experience so far. Koffi (owner/instructor) is a really neat guy, beyond being a highly knowledgable and talented teacher. The folks in charge and that go here create a respectful, patient, fun, and "growth mindset" culture. I would fill in as many stars as Google threw at me for Cache Valley Martial Arts & Fitness.
Excellent for youth group activities. We took a youth group here and they all loved it. They got to learn a few basics as well as play a few fun physical games. It was very reasonably priced as well. We had young men and women in a group of about 15.
Excellent place to learn any of the offered disciplines. Excellent facilities and knowledgeable and experienced instructors. Additionally, one of the ONLY places that has classes for 3year olds. Most start em off at 5. Coach Koffi Adsitzo is excellent with the kids. If you or your little ones are thinking of BJJ, boxing, Muy Thai, wrestling or MMA- this is the place!
